This Privacy Policy explains how Pintagrow processes personal data of adult users and data associated with children or adolescents when the website is used, a digital product is purchased, a book is downloaded, a worksheet is uploaded, or a report is generated. 2. Data we may process

Pintagrow may process account and contact data, purchase and payment data, language, country, currency, technical data, navigation data, information about the child provided by the responsible adult, images, worksheets, drawings, comments, analysis results, reports, and legal acceptance records.

3. Data of children and adolescents

Processing of data associated with children or adolescents requires the user to be the parent, legal guardian, responsible adult, or to have sufficient authorization. Pintagrow will use such data only for the disclosed purposes necessary to provide the contracted service, unless additional authorization or a legal requirement applies.

4. Purposes of processing

Data may be used to create and manage accounts, process purchases, calculate currency and taxes, generate personalized books, enable downloads, process worksheets, issue reports, provide support, send transactional communications, maintain security, prevent fraud, audit legal acceptances, and comply with regulatory obligations.

5. Basis for processing and consent

Processing is based on performance of the requested service, consent of the user or responsible adult, compliance with legal obligations, system security, and the legitimate interest of maintaining traceability and support. Where applicable, Pintagrow will request express consent through a checkbox, authorization flow, or equivalent record.

6. Images, worksheets, reports, and artificial intelligence

Uploaded images and worksheets may be processed by technical systems, algorithms, or artificial intelligence models to generate guidance-oriented reports. These reports are educational and non-diagnostic. Pintagrow may stop automatic publication of a report if inconsistencies, technical errors, or need for manual review are detected.

7. Payments and external providers

Payments may be processed by Transbank, PayPal, or other providers. Pintagrow should not store full bank card numbers. Hosting, email, security, technical analytics, content generation, storage, or support providers may also participate, always limited to the purposes of the service.

8. Authorized professionals

When the responsible adult authorizes a link with a professional, Pintagrow may allow limited access to reports, worksheets, or information necessary for support. Authorization may be accepted, rejected, or revoked according to the flow defined by Pintagrow.

9. Retention and security

Pintagrow will retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain purchase history, reports, legal audit, support, security, and regulatory compliance. Reasonable security measures will be applied, such as access controls, logs, backups, permission separation, and protected servers. No system is completely infallible.

10. Data subject rights

The user or responsible adult may request access, correction, updating, deletion, objection, blocking, or information about data processing by writing to soporte@pintagrow.com. Pintagrow may request information to verify identity and authorization. Deletion of certain data may affect books, reports, history, or personalized services.

Some technical or payment providers may operate outside Chile. Pintagrow will seek to use providers with reasonable security measures and will limit processing to the purposes of the service. Use of international services may be necessary for hosting, payment, email, technical processing, support, or artificial intelligence tools.

Pintagrow may use cookies and technical records for session, language, country, currency, cart, security, preferences, and operational improvement.
